Heroes & Villains opened its doors in 2004 with a simple goal: share our love of comics with the Middle Georgia community. Since then, we’ve grown into a fully stocked, award-winning hub for comics, card games, roleplaying games, collectibles, and so much more. Whether you’re a long-time fan or just getting started, our knowledgeable and welcoming staff are here to help you find your next favorite hobby.

As proud winners of Best of Middle GA for the past two years, along with many other accolades along the way, we believe our success comes from more than just having great products. It comes from giving back to the community that has supported us for over two decades.

Community involvement is at the heart of everything we do.
Over the past five years, we’ve donated more than 10,000 canned goods to our local food pantry and provided hundreds of fully stocked backpacks to help kids start the school year right. Not to mention the countless donated comic books to schools and hospitals to help spark imagination and inspire new readers.

Inside the store, we host beginner-friendly events every night, making it easy for anyone to jump in, learn, and feel included. Heroes & Villains isn’t just a game store, it’s a community space, a place to gather, play, learn, and belong.

Say hi to the people who make all of this possible
Forged in the long-boxes of the past, Mike has been defending the comic realm for over two decades. His knowledge of the industry is so vast that scholars whisper he remembers issues that never even shipped. When he’s not guiding the store through time and space, he’s analyzing 49ers strategy or reciting historical facts with uncanny accuracy.

Running the shop with the precision of a raid boss, Mallory is the ultimate go-to for literally everything. The fearless leader also runs Pokemon and One Piece after being drafted into it by her son. She has been known to pick on everyone with expert precision and will quote Taylor Swift while doing it.

Don’t let the youthful face fool you—Ethan possesses the ancient wisdom of Magic: The Gathering and Dungeons & Dragons. Kind to every adventurer who enters, he’ll help optimize your deck, your character sheet, and maybe even your life choices. His prematurely silver hair confirms his status as a real-life fantasy wizard.

Infused with willpower strong enough to power a Lantern Ring, J.L. is the comic expert who was destined to be a music teacher, but fate drafted him into the comic and card-gaming multiverse instead. He now wields his knowledge to run Flesh and Blood and Gundam with heroic discipline.
A rising intellect with a Batgirl badge of honor, Elisa mixes sharp knowledge with an iconic mean-mug that intimidates friend and foe alike. Beneath that glare, though, she’s a brilliant comic conversationalist and future engineer who keeps the shop grounded in logic (and sarcasm).

Towering above the counter like a benevolent giant, Aladdin is the shop’s unofficial medical consultant, whether he likes it or not. When he’s not diagnosing imaginary ailments, he’s playing and trading cards with endless enthusiasm. Friendly, helpful, and impossible to miss.

Born among stacks of spellbooks (and booster packs), Warren is blessed with Spider-Man-level quips and decades of card-shop experience. He swings between Magic: The Gathering, anime debates, and perfectly timed one-liners. If he’s not helping you tune a deck, he’s probably making you laugh.
